The author, Felida Ogheneosede Essi is a Journalist, Singer and Actress. She is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FONE Media Integrated Company, publishers of Isoko Mirror newspapers.

Currently, she is the Vice Chairman of Association of Community Newspapers Publishers of Nigeria (ACNPN), Delta State Chapter and Founding Member/Public Relations Officer (PRO) of South-South Women Organisation, a non-governmental organisation (NGO).

She is passionate about the development of Isoko ethnic nationality; and has been showcasing the developmental potentials of Isokoland through articles and interviews.
